Wrong
The story for this is that Jack Plotnick plays a Man named Dolph Springer who wake up one morning to find out that his Dog (who he named Paul) is missing. Desperate to find his Dog he goes on a very, when I say "very" I mean "VERY", weird and bizarre search to find his beloved Dog. Trust me the Film may sound simple with a story that we've all probably seen like a million times before, but this Film is just so, so, so,so weird. Just weird. Not even a good kind of weird. Look I love Films that are bizarre and weird because there written well and feature good, memorable performances in them. Take the 1999 Film "Being John Malkovich" for example. You know the Film that Charlie Kaufman wrote and was directed by Spike Jonze? Well you probably do. Anyway the reason why that Film worked was because it was smartly written and had great memorable performances in the Film. Also, "Being John Malkovich" actually had reasons for being weird. In Kaufman's Script he explains how a lot of the weirdness happened and why. Charlie Kaufman also gave purpose in his Script on why what was what and who was who in the Film. Or for that matter why people wanted to be John Malkvich. In "Wrong", however, the Film is just weird for the sake of being weird. I'm not even kidding you when you watch this Film there is just so many weird stuff happening you just loose focus on what the story of this Film is even about. For example Dolph Springer works, actually doesn't really because he was fired from his Job three Months ago, at an Office where it always rains INSIDE. Why does it rain inside? I have no idea. Another example is is that when Dolph wakes up in the morning instead of his Alarm Clock going to 8:00 a:m it instead goes to 7:60 a:m. Again, why? I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. Hell, the Film itself even says to itself why some things happen. If you watch the trailer for this it actually shows you a various amount of clips of when some of the characters in this say "why". You actually may find yourself saying "why" because there is just so many things in this Film that just happened just so it can, again, be weird for the sake of being weird. I know that I already compared this to Charlie Kaufman's "Being John Malkovich" earlier in this review, but I just got to say that Kaufman couldn't even write a Film this bizarre. If the whole cast of "Being John Malkovich" saw this Film they would just think to themselves "WTF?". Maybe even Kaufman alone would be a bit freaked out by this Film. Your all probably wondering who in the right Mind could have made a Film this weird? Well I'll tell you: The Film is done by Quentin (not Tarantino) Dupieux who made the equally weird "Rubber" back in 2010. Some loved and hated that Film because of how weird the Film is. If most of the people out there saw "Rubber" and mostly hated the Film because of how weird it was and wanted Dupieux not to make another equally weird Film like "Wrong", then I'm sorry to say that this Film "Wrong" is a complete waste of time and intelligence.
