Skyfall
Now even though I do not consider Skyfall to be the best James Bond film of the franchise (Because don't forget there is 22 other ones to choose from!) but I will say this; I thought it was a very smart, fun, and enjoyable Film of the Bond Films. A lot of them are enjoyable as well but this is one of the smartest of the "Bond" Films. Now the Film's Director, Sam Mendes ("American Beauty", "Revolutionary Road"), does a very great job with bringing James Bond to life with all of the great cinematography and shots and certain types of editing that I found really impressive. He also won an Academy Award for one of his Films ("American Beauty"), The Film is also very well written to writer John Logan ("Hugo", "Rango", "Gladiator") does a great Job writing a lot of smart dialogue and situations that would really match up with any of James Bonds situations. He also co-wrote it with writers Neal Purvis and Robert Wade. Daniel Craig also does a very fantastic Job bringing James Bond to life to. Like he did in the last two Films; "Casino Royal" and "Quantum of solace" And last but not least Adele brings to the screen one of the most bad-ass fantastic James Bond song I have every heard in a Bond Film. The moment I heard that damn Song go on I was just stunned or blown away by it. Maybe both. It was incredible. She should be winning a lot of awards for doing it by now. Now although I am giving this a rating of 4 and a half out of four I do have just two problems with the Film. One, the Film went on for a bit two long (for about two hours and thirty minutes). Second, some of the action was a bit slow and that kind of bored me. But nevertheless I still it was a very good James Bond Film and I for one just hope that Sam Mendes returns to direct number 24!
