Wrath of the Titans
It's just the same Film as with "Clash of the Titans" back in 2010. This is a squeal to "Clash" by the way. Non-stop action, underdeveloped characters, a lazy Screenplay, and over the top acting (I may not get into this but the acting in this Film, especially from this Guy Sam Worthington, is just poor and just flat out over the top). There are some good sequels out there like "The Godfather part II", "Toy Story 2", and "The two Towers", there are bad sequels out there like "Rambo 2", "Jaws 2", and "Hannibal", and then there are the pointless and unnecessary one's like "The Godfather part III", "The two Jakes", "Robocop 3", and "Superman 4". "Wrath of the Titans" here can join the pointless sequel list that I just wrote down here because in no way does number 2 improve over the last Film. AT ALL. It's just completely pointless and unnecessary. But, just like the first Film, the ONLY thing good about it is the 3D effects. Which looks ABSOLUTELY incredible. It was breathtaking to me. I highly suggest that you see this in 3D. You'll have a blast with it. However, if you actually see all the things wrong with it; the plot, script, and underdeveloped characters then you'll just dismiss this Film. This Film wanted to be big. Just very, very big. So big that this Film has more 3D effects or just effects in general then the last Film. It's an ancient version of "Avatar". "Avatar" this isn't but the effects in this are very close to it's ranks. It's very imaginative because a lot of the Gods and Monsters, haha, in this are very creative and look very unique but this god-awful Script that this Film has gives us nothing fresh or suitable with them. It's just dumb sci-fi adventure with a dumb sci-fi Story. The Story for this is that Perseus's, played by Sam Worthington ("Avatar", "Terminator: salvation"), who, as we all know, was born a God and is the son of Zeus, father gets kidnapped and he has to overthrow the Titan army and save the day for his Father and the World. That's a very simple story don't you think? Hell, who the hell cares because all of this action is happening all around us, not that is doesn't look amazing, that it's almost impossible to pay attention to it. I was ONLY paying attention to all of the action happening because, like I said earlier in this review, this Film is so fucking big! Maybe to big for my blood if you ask me. I think that Maybe for the third Film they can give us the same 3D effects (The ONLY good thing about this), but a better Writer, Director, and Actor so this Film can be the least bit satisfying. I really don't have much to say about this because if i Continue with this review I'm just describing the effects and the 3D. Nothing else.
