Marvel's The Avengers
I would like to just give Director/Writer Joss Whedon a big hug and a big applause because not only did he give fans one of the best superhero Films ever made, but he put together one of the smartest, most well-acted, most kick-ass Film of all of 2012. Everything about this Film, the directing, the writing, the acting, just everything works about this Film. Considering Comic Book Film like "Spider-Man 2" and "The Dark Knight" are considered by Critics and fans to be some of the best Comic Book Films ever, I can now say that "Marvel's The Avengers" can now join there ranks as well. Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Evans (Captain America), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), and Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury) are all just fantastic in this Film. There all just so perfectly cast and give such great, memorable performances -- especially Johansson as Black Widow -- that your just not going to stop talking or thinking about it. The action in this is very well done and is a lot of fun to watch. If you have a Kid that's like ten or eleven years old, then let me tell you, your going to need to strap them down on there seats with a seat-belt or something because when they see this kind of action on screen there just going to be running or jumping around all over the place because there just going to have so much fun while watching it. There going to feel like there practically IN the Film. I wish I was ten or eleven again to watch this because if I would have loved this awesome Film even more. Now despite my perfect four out of four rating I'm giving "The Avengers", I only have two problems with this Film: My first problem is that most of this Film, about 65% of it takes place in The Helicarrier, where S.H.I.E.L.D., run by Nick Fury played by Samuel L. Jackson, has there defense agency and is there Capitol Ship. My other complaint with this is that Mark Ruffalo doesn't go Hulk in this for about an hour. But don't worry he does. When he does though.. oh boy, It's just, how should I say it?, INCREDIBLE! (We also see Hulk's soon-to-be infamous grin in this Film). So I thought this was an excellent, smart, and very well acted Superhero Film and I can't wait to see what there going to do next with this soon-to-be franchise. Also, don't worry this Film has no relations to the 1998-bomb "The Avengers". THAT was just a pure, pure waste of time and effort the exact opposite of what made THIS Avengers work.
